A69GRP Weatherproof Cash Switch

The A69GRP Weatherproof Cash Switch is a versatile Access Control System that can be used either in an indoor or outdoor environment:

• in an outdoor location it may be used in conjunction with a physical barrier system to restrict entry to a car park, boat launching area or other areas requiring controlled access
• in an indoor location it may be used in conjunction with a turnstile type barrier system to restrict entry to cloakrooms, changing rooms or other areas requiring controlled access

The A69GRP Weatherproof Cash Switch has the option of being either wall or floor mounted.

Please note that this machine is fitted with the COIN+DT credit board.

Technical Features

• requires a regulated 12 Volt supply capable of providing 2 Amps
• machine operates with a 12V DC power supply
• 'In Service' indicator illuminates when machine is ready to accept cash and allow collection of credits
• 'In Service' indicator dims when machine has been disabled by the use of the 'Machine Ready” setting
• 'In Service' indicator goes out when power is removed
• cash will only be accepted if machine is 'In Service'
• any deposited coins will be returned to user if machine is out of service
• unknown or damaged coins are returned to user
• coin acceptor may be programmed to accept up to 5 coin denominations together with a number of different tokens
• machine may be programmed to accept a token, or number of tokens, before it issues a credit
• if some coins or tokens have been accepted, but not enough for a credit to be issued, 'In Service' indicator will flash
• individual coin denominations may be enabled or disabled
• coin acceptor can be 'taught' to accept a new coin or token (contact the factory for details)
• either 'In Service' or 'Machine Ready' mode may be set
• switch bank on the COIN+DT credit board can be used to set the required cash value setting
• small green LED on the side of the coin acceptor illuminates when machine is powered
• works with a number of different coin denominations, and with tokens
• needs no special servicing or maintenance
• may be switched OFF and ON whenever necessary and will retain all settings and configuration
• if power is removed while credit is held in machine then that credit will be lost when the power is reconnected
